I've found myself using chat support twice over the last week. (Which is kind of weird since I helped develop an online chat system a few years back and almost went to work for a online chat provider....) Anyway, one was useful, this one less so (I'm referring to the agents not the chat application).... (Names removed to protect the innocent)...

Note that this is the online chat help service for the dsl company. One thing always useful with support is the "we can't help you here, but these people can" routing mess that you always seem to end up with....
