I heard from a friend last night that youtube broke even in the last quarter and was profitable last month. I had always heard that they were shelling out millions for bandwith. Interesting, so they actually had a business plan and were successful at it. The money came from old school banner ads. So the google money making machine should be able to milk that for all it's worth...
